WealthSpring is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to introduce clients, families, professionals, and communities to the WealthSpring platform. This role is focused on ethical client acquisition, financial education, referrals, onboarding support, and relationship-building.
Market-related basic salary from approximately R8,000 – R15,000 per month, subject to experience and structure, plus commission and performance incentives where applicable.

Sales Manager
WealthSpring is looking for a Sales Manager to lead sales representatives, support ambassador-driven growth, and build a disciplined client acquisition function. This role is more senior than a Sales Representative and requires leadership, sales planning, reporting, coaching, and responsible oversight of client-facing activity.
Market-related basic salary from approximately R20,000 – R35,000 per month, subject to experience, plus team performance incentives, commission overrides, and quarterly bonuses where applicable.

Administrator
WealthSpring is looking for a professional Administrator to support client onboarding, document handling, communication, internal records, reports, and operational workflows. This role is different from sales because it focuses on accuracy, organisation, client support, and process control.

WealthSpring is looking for a Compliance Officer to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance controls across the platform. Market-related salary from approximately R25,000 – R45,000 per month, subject to experience, qualifications, regulatory exposure, and whether the role is full-time or consulting-based.

Client Onboarding & KYC Officer
WealthSpring is looking for a Client Onboarding & KYC Officer to support client registration, document collection, KYC checks, application completeness, and client support. This role sits between administration, compliance, and client service.
Market-related salary from approximately R12,000 – R20,000 per month, subject to experience, plus performance bonus consideration where applicable.

This role is suitable for candidates coming from university, TVET, or recognised training programmes who need workplace exposure.
Monthly stipend from approximately R4,000 – R8,000, subject to programme structure, funding availability, qualification level, and applicable learnership or internship rules.
