- Contractual Tiers are goal-specific. Your account is not anchored to a single account-wide tier — you may hold several goals on different tiers at the same time.
- Fast-Track Benefit thresholds are benefit qualification levels only. They are not maturity shortcuts and are not a promise of returns.
- Contractual Tiers are designed to support disciplined investing and do not guarantee investment outcomes or returns.
Contractual Tier vs Fast-Track Benefit
Time determines maturity. Goal value measures Goal Funding Progress. Scheduled contributions measure Contribution Progress. Qualifying external contributions determine Fast-Track qualification.
WealthSpring measures two different things, and they must not be confused.
Contractual Tier (also called your Investment Journey) is the legal commitment attached to a specific Wealth Goal. It sets that goal's term, its maturity date, and the withdrawal and early-termination rules that apply to it. Only the passage of contractual time matures a goal.
Fast-Track Benefit is a relationship-wide reward status calculated across your whole client relationship using Qualifying Capital. It recognises the scale of your invested external capital and may unlock platform-approved benefits.
- Each goal has its own tier, activation date, duration and maturity. A new goal does not inherit elapsed time from another goal.
- Goal value measures Goal Funding Progress against that goal's target; it does not accelerate maturity.
- Scheduled contribution adherence measures Contribution Progress; it does not accelerate maturity.
- Fast-Track Benefit never changes any goal's maturity date, early-termination tier, early-exit conditions, withdrawal consequences or risk profile, and never guarantees or increases returns.
Fast-Track Benefit qualifying thresholds
Fast-Track Benefit status is determined by Qualifying Capital — approved external investor contributions less processed principal withdrawals, reversals and refunds. Investment returns, promotional credits, referral rewards and internal goal transfers are excluded.
| Fast-Track Level | Qualifying Capital Threshold |
|---|---|
| W1 | R5,000 |
| W2 | R25,000 |
| W3 | R100,000 |
| W4 | R250,000 |
| W5 | R750,000 |
| W6 | R2,500,000 |
- These thresholds are benefit qualification levels only. They are not maturity shortcuts, do not shorten or lengthen any contractual term, and are not a promise or projection of returns.
- Current status reflects your Qualifying Capital today. Processed principal withdrawals, reversals and refunds may reduce your current status.
- Your highest historical Fast-Track achievement may be recorded and retained separately for recognition purposes, while the benefits you currently receive follow your current qualification.
- Internal goal transfers between your own goals are neutral: they neither add to nor reduce Qualifying Capital, and they are never counted twice.
- Thresholds and benefits may be configured and changed prospectively with reasonable notice.
Access, maturity and continuation
Access to invested capital is governed by the Contractual Tier of the specific goal concerned, not by an account-wide tier and not by Fast-Track Benefit status.
Before a goal matures, access remains subject to the emergency-withdrawal and early-termination rules, fees and approvals disclosed in the Fees and Transactions Disclosure.
After a goal matures you may keep the money invested, withdraw some or all of the available value, move permitted capital to another of your goals, or start a new goal. Remaining invested after maturity does not automatically create a new lock-in period.
